Don't they have a way of moving us.
Sometimes I feel like "how could anyone feel as attached to music as I do" just because certain songs I have such intimate (not the sexy kinda intimate) relationships with. It's just something internally, emotionally that can calm me or pump me up. However, I am sure about everyone has these same experiences. It just reminds me of how even the most outspoken person is still such a mystery. I pulled out a few old journals last night (in hopes of finding the exact date of mine and Jordan's first kiss for a project I wanted to do) and just about every page had random lyrics or poems. I miss this about myself. I don't write nearly as much as I once did. It used to be something I was so passionate about.

I went to Victoria's Secret today and I got myself the most adorable cutest zip up ever. The script "Angel" on the back makes me feel pretty. Along with this little gem on the zipper.

My Favorite Part

Is it as common for others as it is for me to have a "favorite part" to everything??

Every single song.. I say:

"THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART"

Which pretty much means, "Shut the heck up so I can sing along.

After its over, we can talk again."

I'd like to EMPHASIZE the lyrics have nothing to do with the reason I love these parts.

Speaking of which, if you're not my facebook friend, I want to share..

Yesterday night, I was sleeping. All snuggly in my blankies. Fast asleep.

When I wake up to a blast of water all over my face.

I try to open my eyes, then Again!! it splashes my face.

I then am awake enough to realize my sweet sleeping husband has just sneezed

DIRECTLY on my face.

Yep and twice!

So I wipe my face with the comforter.

And roll over.

The next morning the first thing he does is apologize.

We can laugh about it now though.

So if you listen to the radio, the majority of the stations just play about 5 songs on repeat over and over through out the day. In order to break it up a bit, today at work we're creating a playlist of hits from our past. If you're anything like me, you love the 90's stuff. Last night was a weird night.

I was so so dizzy.

I was listening to pandora and looked over at my screen and saw this mug shot.

I literally thought.. Channing, when did you release an album?

The funny thing is I find CT super cute and VI not at all.

Yet at this angle, could be the same person.

Oh how does the universe do this to me?

I had breakfast this morning, got to work, and a co worker kindly picked me up a bagel.

So what do I do?

Say yes of course!

Eat that.

Hour later, another co worker brings in bagels for EVERYONE!

What do I do??

I just had 2 breakfasts.

I think.

Then say yes of course.

So I had 3 breakfasts today.

I think I'm set till I get off at 3:30.

Which is Awesome!

And it hit me like a brick wall.

That song is from my past!

I havent heard it for maybe 10-15 years! No joke.

So I was in a search to find out who it was.

With help from friends at work we figured it out.

I spent a good 6 hours baking yesterday for my moms wedding.

I'm not too proud of my frosting/baking skills but they'll sure taste good.

Internet Fame

We are living in a world where, if we find ways, we can create anything we dream.

We have all these sources, from the internet mostly, where if we commit to our dreams, we can become who we want to be.

How many people were discovered on youtube, or make livings from their blogs, or etsy shops? It's an amazing world that we live in. So many opportunities.
