Sometimes I feel like "how could anyone feel as attached to music as I do" just because certain songs I have such intimate (not the sexy kinda intimate) relationships with. It's just something internally, emotionally that can calm me or pump me up. However, I am sure about everyone has these same experiences. It just reminds me of how even the most outspoken person is still such a mystery. I pulled out a few old journals last night (in hopes of finding the exact date of mine and Jordan's first kiss for a project I wanted to do) and just about every page had random lyrics or poems. I miss this about myself. I don't write nearly as much as I once did. It used to be something I was so passionate about.

Well I have been youtubing covers the last 5 days and have re-fallen in love.

It's got such a cute little story line.

Those days seem so long gone. I don't mind most days. But every once and awhile I catch myself missing photography, math, art, or just feeling that I was learning and growing each day.

Then I push those thoughts aside and watch Teen Mom.

AA Time

 Awkward / Awesome Thursday.

It has been awhile since I've participated in this but here we go!

AWKWARD:

1. The words that come out of my mouth. I have heard all day "Allie, you're so awkward today!"
2. The team picture we took today at work. What do we do with our hands??

   3. The gross roads. When the road is barely wet and its BARELY snowing outside and the cars flick that gunk up at your windshield, I couldn't see anything. My car is filthy I tell ya!

   4.  My mail still being sent to my dad's even though we've changed our address. Not as much awkward as uh-noying!

ACA-AWESOME:

1. Our rebate cards came today! Money in my pocket, money in my hands!
2. I am thinking about selling my car. I owe about as much as it's worth, I am hoping to be able to sell it and get something cheaper but still good quality!
3. I have close to 200 hours of pto and NO clue how to get rid of it all. If only I could cash out half and take a vacation. Give it 2 more years and I can do something cool like that!
4. Scheduled myself for a Zumba class next week at my work. Super excited.

I love taking pictures.

I learned yesterday how to turn on the back focus button.

So I have been playing with it a little bit.

I would not call myself a photographer but I sure do enjoy it.

Just Straight Up Awkward Thursday

• Early morning call of a gentlmen telling me, he's got the runs, only he used a lot more cursing and telling me its my fault.
• People at my work somehow got the idea that it'd be funny to say me and Jordan are having a child. Which we are not. I guess we're "most likely to have baby next"??
• My short bangs. Cant do anything with these guys except twist and pin. I blame this one on you guys! haha just teasin ya.
• I stopped at Smiths this morning to get a bagel and diet coke and this was at 6 am remember, there is a mobster lookin fella next to me just chillin in his car with his hat on backwards and staring at me. Dude you're freakin me out.

Okay I'll do an Awesome category today as well, even though its more of an "Awkward" kinda day.

• New found glory.
• The fact that my skin has cleared up a ton! Knock on wood! Thanks Skin ID no, I'm not getting paid to advertise, I wish! Haha.
• House shuz of course!
• Everytime I do A/A Thursdays I say the same thing because Thursdays are my early days, but I am off at 3:30 which is T minus 63 minutes. I never understood what the T stood for.

Awkward/Awesome Thursday

Awkward:

-waking up before the sun.
-was going to do the braid with my bangs today but it looked weird so i took it out now i have the wavy bang look.
-i've been awake for 2.5 hrs and still have eye boogies. yuck.
-taking rx calls.
-getting that scratchy throat.
-going 3 weeks without my addiction diet coke.



Awesome:

-i saw a shooting star on my way to work. made a wish.
-its payday. love it.
-i get off at 3:30 today.
-plans to go see a movie today.
-have a gift card to the movies from my work. which means its free for me.
-paid off my wisdom teeth bill yesterday. so excited about this!
-our house appraised at 3,000 more than what we're buying it for!
